Just WHO do we think we are...?

Taylor Robinson Music is a national chain of music schools that offer private, one on one music lessons. We pride ourselves on our ability to build customized lesson plans for each student based on their particular needs and interests. We can hold these lessons in one of our studios or in the comfort of your own home for no extra charge. Though we have hundreds of instructors to choose from, our lesson councellors are here six days a week to help you pick the right one, get scheduled, and handle any question or concern that might arise.

What gives US the right...?

Taylor Robinson Music employs one of the industries most stringent quality standards. On average, only 15% of all instructors that apply to TRMC get through. Each instructor is subjected to both criminal and sex offender background checks, reference checks, education and work history evaluations, and a multi-level interview process meant to weed out all but the very best and safest instructors. These quality standards have helped us build partnerniships and relationships with the Hard Rock Cafe, Guitar Center, Music-Go-Round, and Home School Associations from across the nation. What makes TRMC so special...?

Our instructors make TRMC so special. Instead of simply a group of academics, TRMC instructors are all working, pro musicians. That means they are actual songwriters, recording artists, and performing musicians from the area. This backgound makes for a much more hands-on, working knowledge approach. It also make our lessons much more relevant and modern music focused. Our instructors teach Rock, Pop, Country, Blues, R&B, Soul, Gosepal, and Praise music; not just classical and jazz. If you're looking for an old lady with a ruler, go somewhere else. TRMC is not your fathers music school!

How much is this going to COST me...?

Good question. TRMC has rates starting as low as $37.50/ hour plus there is never an extra charge for in home lessons. You can pay as you go or pre-pay for a discounted package. If you are a new TRMC student, you can get a free lesson with your first package purchase in addition to the standard discount. Some rates do vary depending on your region so please call (877) 483-2248 for the details in your area.

What about MY schedule...?

TRMC is proud to be the most flexible option on the market for private instruction. Whenever you are available, 7 days a week, TRMC has an instructor for you. We know your schedules are often unpredictable so we won't confine you to a particular day or time each week. When you have time, we have time. We also have an online scheduling system which allows you to view your instructor's availability and reserve your time. Though you are welcome to book your lessons at whatever time is most convenient for you, we do ask that you give us 24 notice to cancell. This allows us the time to get the message to the teacher and to possibly book that time with another student. (Click here to view our full 24 hour cancellation promis)

What if I'm STILL not happy...?

We are so sure you will be pleased with our lessons, we guarantee your happiness. If you are not pleased with your first lesson we will refund your payement in full or match you with a new instructor. If at any point you move, or wish to change instructors or change subjects, you may use your remaining lessons credits with any instructor on our staff, for any instrument, in any city.
