Daniel got his start in music when he was 10 years old, learning basic chords on the guitar from his father. Daniel started playing stand-up bass in the Middle School orchestra soon after and stuck with it all they way through high school, along the way picking up electric bass and playing with garage bands and the high school jazz band. After getting a minor in music at the University of North Texas, Daniel worked for Carnival Cruise Lines as a show band musician. After growing weary of the contraints of life on a cruise ship he decided to move to Austin to pursue other musical opportunities. Daniel now lives in Austin, Texas playing local gigs downtown and at other venues around town. His musical interests and capabilities are diverse and include rock, pop, jazz, blues, funk, hip-hop and country.
Daniel Mc has over 15 years of music experience in the Austin area.
