My name is Monique, and I am currently studying for my masters degree in Art History. I always had a passion for classical music and opera. Edith Piaf is one of my biggest inspirations. I have been classically trained in music since the age of 10. I was in choir all throughout middle and high school, and I was trained by Madeline Elizondo in opera.

I had private opera lessons from age 14-17
Performing Experience:
I have performed in All State Choir from years 2007-2011. I recieved first and second chair every year. I have also performed in UIL, and many other choral performances (solo and with a choir). I also sang for San Antonio opera for a brief amount of time.

I have some experince teaching art history through internship programs, and have also given freelance private painting and vocal lessons.
