Review About Me
I grew up in Florida and moved to Texas about to years ago after graduating from FSU. I have been in bands ever since I started playing around the age of 13. At first I started out on bass, but made the move to guitar after a few years of playing. Music has and always will be a major part of my life. I look forward to helping people bring the ability to make music into their lives.

Will Ru is proficient in and teaches Guitar Lessons, Bass Guitar Lessons, Song Writing Lessons .Formal Education:
The Florida State University, August of 2008. Took many music classes over my course of studies but majored in History.
Private Education:
Had piano lessons as a child, around the age of 12 I started bringing an accoustic guitar to these lessons.
Performing Experience:
In high school I was in a punk band back in Florida. At the time we were called Died Trying. People from this group are now playing under the name Hello Danger and tour all over the Southeast. In college I was in a few "jam" bands and primarily played campus and house parties. Since moving to Texas I have joined a Texas Country/Southern Rock group called Sovereign Sons. We are currently working on our first demo and it should be out by the end of 2010.
Experience Teaching:
It seems when ever I meet someone new to play with the jamming always turns into a conversation about scale construction, chord progressions or songwriting. I view the instrument as always having something more to teach me. I have been playing for over a decade and realizing you don't know it all is the first step to continue learning.
