Kevin holds an MBA and has earned a robust menu of designations in management, purchasing, focus group direction and online marketing research – certifications which augment his passion for music and leadership expertise. Schooled on his instruments of choice and experienced in the music industry itself he is a unique teacher. Kevin’s lessons will provide you with a panoramic experience into all things music, no matter what your ability level.

I am a songwriter and performer with over 40 years of experience in the music industry, teaching piano and guitar lessons in the Northern Virginia area.

Kevin is a member of ASCAP (American Society of Composers and Publishers). As well he authored trailblazing reports on the status of Canadian content on FM Radio and helped compile a database of Canadian artists for CIRPA (The Canadian Independent Record Production Association). In addition to keyboards Kevin played both electric and acoustic guitar in four-piece bands, trios and duos performing at hundreds of venues and festivals across the USA. He has written over twenty original songs, many of which were recorded in studios and performed live; one of which (“Avvagoodwon”) enjoyed airplay during the summer months of 1999 primarily in East Coast markets.
