Drum philosophy and the application/need for drums in society. Sticking technique, counting out loud, RL coordination between hands/feet. How to go about learning/transcribing drum beats/parts, proper and economical forms of practice. The basics of groove, bass guitar interplay/chemistry, as well as drum soloing.
