Liz has always loved music from an early age. She began playing piano at the age of 6 and continued her education by getting musically involved in many different groups; such as high school band, Community band, college music theory, and playing on the worship team. Liz's favorite thing about music is the ability to creatively express yourself through music. Her favorite thing about teaching music is watching students grow with passion. One of her favorite teaching experiences was hearing a parent say they never had to tell their daughter age 10 to practice because she was always playing, learning, and enjoying the music. What to expect in my Keyboard and Piano Lessons
Beginner -
Expectations include: Music and theory, creative music writing, mastering finger techniques, learning different styles of songs, and classical music history.
What to expect in my Bass Guitar Lessons
Beginner - Intermediate - Advanced
Expectations include: Basic music and theory, rhythm, techniques, history of bass guitar, and different styles.
Formal Education:
Centralia high school band, college music theory.
Private Education:
Piano lessons for 12 years, flute lessons for 5 years
Performing Experience:
I have performed piano adjudications, solo and ensembles, church worship, open mic nights, South West Washington Fair, and Washington State fair.

I have taught piano and flute lessons for 5 years, and bass guitar lessons for 1 year.
