Christopher began playing contrabass at the age of 13 and has pursued highest levels of music Education ever since having earned his Masters and Bachelors degrees from Vanderbilt University. Over the years, he developed his skills further by being principal bassist and Orchestra president at the Las Vegas Academy of Performing Arts. He gained performance experience in the conservatory level by performing around the world in various symphonies throughout China, Norway, Sweden, and Denmark. Though Christopher can teach many different genres of music, his personal favorites are classical which had great influence on his style of playing. I am a licensed teacher with HQ status and teach theory, composition, performance, conducting and more. you will learn about timbres, song form, balance, elements of composition like miniature and grandiose; as well as how to arrange your music in ways ranging from full symphonic to solo instrument
What to expect in my Keyboard and Piano Lessons
Beginner - Intermediate - Advanced
i am proficient in piano due to 4 semesters of study while in college. i can start any student on keyboards and teach fundamentals: scales, patterns, chords, etc.
What to expect in my Vocal Lessons

I studied bel canto opera for 4 years and regularly sing myself to this day. Students will learn how to identify proper technique to maintain spin shape space support. Fun vocal warm ups and breathing exercises to strengthen core singing muscles
