I love music the most out of anything. Since I was 6, I played the trumpet, and around 13 I picked up the guitar, the keyboard, and singing. I’ve been writing songs since I could play chords, and I gig professionally off of my own originals. I was asked to play TAPS at a 9/11 memorial service in grade school, I’ve participated in servers various honors bands where only a handful of musicians are chosen throughout the state to come together and learn music to then perform. In high school I was section leader, soloist, conducter and composer for pep rally arrangements. Currently, as I stated, I perform and write songs professionally, I make a nice amount of money doing so, and have been invited to record for free. I’ve taught young children and adults alike. I have technical training in voice, piano, and guitar. I know all the warm-ups! I am fun, I care, this experience means something to me, and I know I have what it takes to help others shine... in THEIR way. I’ve performed with the band in Giants Stadium, I’ve sang with 3 different a Capella groups statewide, I was the lead in theatre roles and have gotten outstanding reviews for voice and performance via the Papermill Company, and I was voted “King of Hearts” in a local talent competition in which I performed an original song. I work hard in music because I love it that much. I can’t see myself doing much else other than sharing. I’m thankful for this opportunity to tell you about this, and I hope this reaches you in good light! If there’s one thing I’m not too excited for it’s a lack of compassion and awareness for others. I don’t believe life is to be spent selfishly, unless it means your selfishness will equate to a grander sense of selflessness. Everyone deserves time to hone in on themselves, and if I can be someone they spend that time with, to learn, to grow and develop, then with the utmost certainty and reassurance, I will do what I can. Thanks for sharing this time with me. I hope you have an absolutely wonderful day.
