Hi, my name is Michael and and I'm a 29 year old dedicated drummer originating from the state of New York. My greatest influences include Led Zeppelin, Pink Floyd and Black Sabbath. My overall philosophy towards teaching is just to have patience while maintaining a fun, safe driven attitude towards students. My favorite performance I've seen was David Gilmour of Pink Floyd in Toronto Canada, it was just breathtaking. Thank you for viewing my introduction, I hope to hear from you soon!

What to expect in my Drum Lessons
Beginner - Intermediate
I will start off with the basic rudimentary scales and exercises deriving from the Buddy Rich books. I will delve into learning notation and different types of styles on snare and bass. I will move on to more advances notes and exercises as I see fit. I will have the student listen and play along to one to two songs a lesson to get a feel for the kit but will not be using the kit extensively at first until the basic rudiments and overall their practice is deemed efficient. I will keep it light and fun so at the end of the day they always feel accomplished, the goal is to encourage, not put down or diminish.
