Sara began playing violin at the age of 9. Over the years, she developed her skills further by learning guitar in middle school. She went to Northern Illinois University and earned a Bachelor's in Music Education. She gained performance experience in the Chicago. Though Sara can teach many different genres of music, her musical personal favorites are rock, metal, classical, jazz, and fiddle which had great influence on her style of playing. Sara loves teaching music because she can share her passion and joy of music with others, and maybe they will find that same joy.
