Hey Everyone! It's me, Jon. I started playing the violin at the age of 8 after the flute and trumpet did not work out LOL. I picked up the instrument to better help with my intonation as a vocalist. Throughout Highschool, as a member of Edna Karr's Orchestra, we won LMEA state 3 years in a row. I studied classical music with a concentration in violin at NOCCA, while doing musicals. That ultimately led to performing in New York in an off-Broadway musical. I continued my studies at Xavier University, where I switched my instrument to voice. After college, I emersed myself into different avenues of the arts. In 2012 I was fortunate enough to be the vocal director and coach for Kourtney Heart performing at different Venues including Essence festival. I hope we get to meet and start a musical journey together.

What to expect in my Orchestral Lessons
Beginner - Intermediate - Advanced
Students can expect to work on music theory and be able to sight-read any piece of music. They will also have a great understanding of the instrument, the upkeep, and other essentials to become a great musician.
What to expect in my Vocal Lessons
Beginner - Intermediate - Advanced
Students can expect a thorough understanding of how the voice works. Whether it be classical or non-classical they will learn how to sing and support. In a month they will know how to read music and be able to dissect a song to best convey to the audience.
