Hello! My name is Jonathan. I am a trumpet player from Forest City, North Carolina. I studied music at Gardner-Webb University where I graduated with a Bachelors Degree in Music and Music Business. I mostly teach trumpet but I can also teach beginning to intermediate level guitar, bass guitar, and piano/keyboard. I have a small private studio in my home where I write and record music as well as practice and teach. I am a classical trumpet player but I enjoy listening to all types of music and take inspiration from many artists. My teaching philosophy could be best described by saying that's each student is different and therefore requires a different approach of teaching and a different pace so my students ultimately set their own pace of progression.
