Hi, my name is Amber and I've been teaching private voice and piano lessons for 12 years! I am also the preschool-8th grade general music teacher at a private school here in Edmond. My youngest student is 3 1/2, and my oldest is 76 years old! In my lessons we learn in a variety of ways. We learn through reading music, games, writing activities, composition, by ear, etc... I'm a member of the Oklahoma Music Teacher's Association, so there are always performance opportunities and festivals, if the student wishes to do so. I like to tell my students that they are capable of anything-all you have to do is try! My teaching philosophy is that music is for EVERYONE, and I'd love to have YOU in my studio whether in person or online.
