Hi I'm Blaine, and I'm a bassist from Denton, Texas. I've been playing music for a 10 years now, having started at a very early age. My main musical influences would definitely be Rock/Metal, Jazz, and Hip-Hop/Rap but I trained classically in school. I went to Temple Community College for two years for Jazz Performance but unfortunately could not finish my degree due to financial issues

What to expect in my Song Writing Lessons
Beginner -
Ive mostly only written rock metal and blues music, but have recently started to delve into Hip-Hop as well as R&B. I can give concise explanations as to why to use what chords in the right parts of your song. My goal in these lessons is to have my student leave with at least one new good songwriting idea.
What to expect in my Bass Guitar Lessons
Beginner - Intermediate
A customized learning experience dependent on the needs and goals of every student. I have played a very wide and varied amount of music over the years, and while I am not completely proficient in all styles I have a strong understanding of the fundamentals for all of them. To me part of playing good music is having fun doing it as well, I want my students to have an enriching experience. I can also tutor for beginner music theory.
