What to expect in my Drum Lessons
Beginner - Intermediate - Advanced
Each lesson is tailored for each student, taking into account the students weekly progress and available practice time. Students will learn how to stream line practice to fit their needs and schedule. We will draw from a wide range of resources always striving toward a high degree of musicianship. Re-enforcing the idea that music is a form of self-expression and through patience and persistence, the student will discover the joy of communicating musically.
Formal Education:
Northern Kentucky University, Southern State Community College. Wilmington College.
Private Education:
Ron Bowman, Cinncinati Conservatory Elmer Monk-Cincinnati, OH Randy Winters-Cincinnati, OH
Performing Experience:
Cincinnati OH-Played with verys pop and blues bands at venues and festivals in the tri-state. Recorded with a couple of local artists. Also, as a member of Cincinnati Blues Society, hosted open mics at various venues and played blues circut. Buffalo NY- Performed with pop rock cover band, and country artist for two years. Recorded with local metal band toured mid-west. Daytona Beach FL-Worked with original and cover artists.
Experience Teaching:
Started teaching privately in Cincinnati 2008. Buffalo NY, Instructor for three local music stores. References available upon request.
