Review About Me
I am a highly competent music educator who specializes in teaching strings. My main instrument is the double bass and I have also been teaching all strings and piano in the area for years now. In addition to gaining ability on your instrument you will also learn the fundamentals of strong musicianship. I have the ability to provide lessons in Albany and the Saratoga/ Ballston Spa area so set up a lesson near you today! In addition to teaching students I also play in several area symphony orchestras, wind ensembles and chamber groups. I am also a conductor and composer.

I have earned a degree in music performance. Currently I am finishing a degree in music education.
Private Education:
Private studies include several years of lessons on the Double Bass also Violin, Viola, Cello, Piano, Voice,Flute, Saxophone, Clarinet Conducting and Composition.
Performing Experience:
Christian plays as principal bass in several local symphony orchestras, wind and chamber ensembles. In March 2010 he was chosen to play a concert in the famous Avery Fisher Hall at Lincoln Center in New York City.
Experience Teaching:
Teaching privately since 2006 in New York's Capital Region. Both privately and at an Arts Academy for three years.
