Zach S.

Hi, my name is Zach and I am a guitarist/psychology student from Cincinnati. I have been a student of music for 18 years. My musical influences include punk rock, metal, acoustic and jazz. My experience in music lies in taking several years of guitar lessons beginning at 8 years old. I continued this through high school and played a total of 6 years in our school’s jazz ensemble. I performed with my school’s band in New York City at the Duke Ellington Festival. I’ve also had several bands of my own. I have performance experience at several venues in the Cincinnati area. I’ve written an album under the name “The Robin Hood Chronicles” which is currently on Spotify, Google Play, and Apple Music. While teaching, I like to create lesson plans that fit each individual student and what they’d like to learn. In my lessons, you can expect to learn what you want at your own pace. I like to tell my students to never give up. All it takes is a little repetition. At a certain point, it will come naturally. My students love that I am very laid back but also very detailed when it comes to lesson planning. I’m also happy to answer literally any questions along the way.
