Craig has been playing drums since 1995 when he started playing with his father and brother who are both accomplished musicians. Since then he has gone on to tour the entire US with bands like Euforquestra & Skydyed. He has shared the stage with members of The Dave Matthews Band, Snarky Puppy, String Cheese Incident, The Derek Trucks Band, Thievery Corporation, The Motet and performed at prestigious venues such as The Fillmore in Denver, Great American Music Hall in San Francisco and The Brooklyn Bowl in Brooklyn, NY. Craig has been teaching for ten years in Colorado and has a passion for teaching and a love for helping people become the best musician they can be! He has learned a lot from the 1000's of shows he has played and hundreds of drummers he has taught over the years and would love to pass this knowledge on to you!

Beginner - Intermediate - Advanced
Students can expect to study all aspects of music-technique, sight reading, stick control, improvising, proper ways to practice, writing drum parts, tuning, recording, advice on playing with bands, the music business, drum & music terminology, learning your favorite songs and more. Genres taught include Rock, Funk, Jazz, Reggae, Blues, Afro-Cuban, Brazilian, Afrobeat, Hip Hop, Punk, Fusion, Electronic music and more. PDF files of drum notation and mp3s are included with each lesson so you can see and hear exactly what it is that you are working on and learn more efficiently. Craig will do his best to teach you what he thinks you should learn as well as anything you want to learn about specifically. Craig works on a case-by-case basis and has different teaching techniques to ensure things make sense to you so you can learn properly and efficiently make progress.
