Rawley has been immensely immersed in the world of music. He has been playing piano for nearly 9 years, 3 years at a high level. He has played in multiple recitals playing Chopin, Debussy, Beethoven, Mozart, among many others, and has received multiple awards for memorization, level completion, and has maintained a perfect piano lesson attendance across his 9 years of playing. At his academy, he has been a leader amongst his peers in the musical curricular programs, having received musicianship awards and recognition in his choir and orchestra. Further, Rawley, for two years, has been ranked as one of the best tenor choir singers in the state of Arizona. During the 2018 year, Rawley was ranked as the 5th chair tenor in the Regional Choir and the 24th chair tenor in the All-State Honors Choir. During this year, Rawley placed in the top 3 tenors of his region, consisting of over 30 high schools of auditioning high school students, and placed as the 10th best tenor in the state of Arizona in the Honors choir. Rawley has also engaged in the musical opportunities at Arizona State University. He has been tutored by a doctorate student in voice performance in their Music Prep Program, and performed in Katzin Recital Hall at Arizona State University singing Beethoven and a Broadway piece. Rawley's musical education is both strenuous and extensive. For a total of two years, he has learned portions of the history and eras of music and college-level music theory. He has studied the characteristics of multiple forms of music writing, and has written a few musical pieces for piano and plans to write a chorus piece for his select choir at his school. While he may be a senior in high school with much more to learn in the world of music, Rawley has incredible amounts of experience in chorus performance, piano performance, and valuable knowledge of solo performance. His youthful, fun, and charismatic personality allows him to engage with others his age wanting to learn more about music and experience its beauty. His desire to share his passion for what he loves drives him, and he could not be more happy to help share his talent with others.
