Hi! My name is Ms.ShyannI'm really excited for the chance to teach music again. Music has been my passion since I was very young. I start tinkering with keyboards at 9. I got my first guitar at 15, started playing bass, piano(seriously), drums at 16. Im self taught in all instruments and theory with college studies in music as well. I was the music director of my church band at 16 and even joined a band shortly during my college years. Instruments I play spreads further than the ones I teach. Rock, blues, some jazz on guitar and that includes rhythm and lead. Melodic/ballad, rock and some blues piano. Bass and drums for my most experienced instruments and play styles. I teach in an unorthodox methods that involve creative ways to understand music theory such as stories and senerios that relate to key signatures and chords. I'm looking forward to working with you.
