About Me
Justin is a Board-Certified Music Therapist and member of the American Music Therapy Association (AMTA). Specializing in 7-string guitar (electric, acoustic, and classical), he has been playing guitar for 15 years, composing and performing. He has been working for the past few years as a private Music Therapist and Guitar Instructor – particularly teaching students with special needs, with a focus on Autism and related Developmental Delays.  Â
Justin holds dual Bachelor degrees with a BA in English Creative Writing from Montclair State University, where he found a penchant for writing poetry; and a BS in Music Therapy from the State University of New York at New Paltz, where he studied jazz guitar. Justin also plays darbuka and djembe drums, shruti box, acoustic-electric mandolin, and keyboard, as well as composes and performs his self-produced electronic music tracks.
