I've played instruments since I was 12 on the uke, then guitar. I learned every Beatle song when they came out. I loved all the English invasion bands as they called it at the time, in the 60s, and ever since have played whatever songs that really clicked in my head. Whether it be country, folk, rock, or jazz you will play what you love to hear. Some of my bigger influences have been the Eagles, Steve Earle and really too many to write here because you'll pick up a little here and there. And to seek lessons you must have a profound love for music in the first l a teacher can do is give you pointers consistantly myself ive played and sang songs at night then upholstery durring the day and never had to write anything so as you can tell im rusty
