She constantly worked with many students of different ages and various levels, and by which she accumulated lots of teaching experiences and summarize several teachings for different students based on their character differences. She designed specific teaching plans for each of her students and inspired them to dig more. Qiuchen discovered each student's music potential, as well as guided them through every step of the musical journey. She is a creative and encouraging teacher who tailor lessons to the student’s specific needs. Qiuchen is excited to help students of all ages and abilities to attain their musical goals while developing a deeper understanding and appreciation for all kinds of music. To avoid the student’s loss of interest, Qiuchen gives her students a few take-home assignments and provides continuous positive feedback to them. She also encourages her students to come up with their ideas and build up some simple compositions and improvisations.
