My love for music as a whole started when I was very little, my dad and grandpa both worked in radio at the time. My dad would always tell me cool stories of bands he'd record and he'd tell me about the times when he himself was in bands, which I was infatuated with! Around the age of 7 I started banging on my dads drum-set, and making an absolute ruckus on his nice instruments, his expensive pearl set and nice fender guitars. Instead of taking them away, he'd show me how to not destroy his stuff. Over the years I began playing in our church and learning how music worked by playing with these really good super experiencedand way better than memusicians, and really started exploring. I played on and off for years, whenever there was an instrument for me to play around! By the time I was in high school, I had gotten pretty good at banging on drums, and after joining jazz band I very quickly tightened up my skills as a musician. By the end of the year I was tutoring the other drummers, and did some off the books tutoring for drums and guitar at the school until I left. Since then I've focused more on production and learning how to run sound and run shows, playing at some of them! I'm in a band now called waitress, and can't wait to advance further into my musical career.
