I am a 28yo professional musician. I’m a violinist primarily, but I am also a singer and songwriter, music arranger, and I play guitar, piano, and viola, as well. I am currently going back to college for my second Bachelors degree in Acoustical Engineering! In my free time I love to jam, camp, hike, backpack, or any other activity outdoors! I like to see myself as a nurturing teacher, who will water the seeds that already exist within each student. Helping others see their ideas and potential put into action is what motivates me to do what I do. In comparison to other music studios, I have been able to create a studio with students of all different playing levels, ages, interests, and backgrounds-and show others that we all learn in our own unique ways. Another studio will likely have more of a mold to it, or a stricter way of doing things, which I find can kill creativity and passion that once existed in students. The finished product is the most enjoyable thing about the work that I do-whether it be a student moving onto a new level in lessons or a new chapter in life. The music that I teach and perform impacts lives in so many ways-so when my students can walk away with a smile on their face, I’m one happy lady!
