Miguel began playing drums at the age of 11. Over the years, he developed his skills further by getting private lessons and performing in front of others many times in the forms of school concerts. Though Miguel can teach many different genres of music, his musical personal favorites are metal and jazz which had great influence on his style of playing.
Miguel loves music because it had a great effect on his life both emotionally and physically and loves teaching music because it brings him great joy seeing the person he taught grow into something else.
