I have played all types of music and instruments but my expertise is in the drum set. Most recently, i was in the band Memphis May Fire, which was a heavy southern rock group, and now I'm in a country rock project. I can teach all styles from beginner to advanced players.

Im 28 years old and have been playing drums of all kinds for about 13 years. Recently, I was in a signed touring band called Memphis May Fire: www.myspace.com/memphismayfire . We toured the U.S. many many times playing shows everyday for months out of the year. I was with them for about 3 years. While in MMF i recorded drums on our 1st EP in 2007, and on our 2nd, just recently released, full length cd called "Sleepwalking". Before that i was in a band called A Place Between Stars.www.purevolume.com/aplacebetweenstars. It was like a rock, punk, ambience style of playing. I have played in many other bands as well before that. Those bands invovled more of my main, younger still now, influences which consist of a lot of 90s rock aka Nirvana, Pantera, Deftones, Incubus, Metallica, Sublime, NIN and a ton more.I listened to all the rap stuff too, back then: Snoop Dogg, Dr. dre., Tony Toni Tone, even Eminems first cd! I would say my best experience is in all types of rock, though. I can play some jazz and i'm currently in a country rock band. I can learn anything very quickly. In highschool i played saxophone, then switched to snare drum, and then quads. I took some music classes in community college, concert band and rock band class, where we played the entire Pink Floyd The Wall LP. That was pretty cool.
