As a lifelong musician, taking time to develop my craft is the most important aspect of my day, being able to share that with you is the most important part of my life! I have played clarinet for 15 years and obtained a bachelor and master’s degree in music education from the University of South Carolina. I have taught all wind instruments including flute, clarinet, all saxophones, trumpet, french horn, trombone, baritone, tuba, percussion and violin all ranging from ages 3 through adult. I currently teach band at Ave Maria University. Book me now and together we will take your music to the next level.

What to expect in my Keyboard and Piano Lessons
Beginner - Intermediate
Our lessons are a time for you to show me the bits and pieces of progress you have made throughout your weekly practices. What you put into your private practice, I can double in our private one on one sessions. I combine skill and technique development with standard repertoire from the genre of your interest and also include ear training and music theory in a fun innovative approach that allows you to learn the aspects of composition along the way.
What to expect in my Orchestral Lessons
Beginner - Intermediate - Advanced

I have performed 4 recitals during my musical studies at the University of SC as well as a solo performance in the Czech Republic for a clarinet workshop. I have performed with the USC Symphony Orchestra, Wind Ensemble, Carolina Marching Band, Palmetto Concert Band, and Aiken Symphony Orchestra.

I have taught private lessons, general music, high school band, marching band and at the collegiate level.
