4 Years
Milad has always been fond of music and the joy it brings from an early age. He began playing guitar at the age of 13 and continued teaching himself throughout his adolescent years, gaining confidence in his skills and developing his own style and methods for harnessing the gift of music. He firmly believes that music is an exemplary human endeavor that must be nurtured in order to truly blossom. Milad's deep love of music and extensive knowledge of its various genres, history, and current musical trends will add to the experience of developing an existing talent with the addition of perspective. His favorite experience teaching involved teaching a group of students “wait in vain” to be played at a private school’s talent show. His musical idols are Jason Becker, Marty Friedman, John Williams Star Wars OST, Eddie Van Halen, Ronnie James Dio, and various Classical Arabic and jazz artists. You can expect that Milad will make a fine assessment of current skill level and goals, and tailor the lessons to help you reach musical independence. His philosophy in teaching guitar comes from a true appreciation of the language of music; he aspires to improve your vocabulary, confidence, and an array of technical skills. Aside from not being classically trained and and inability to read sheet music, the lessons will be rich, fun, and always inspirational! He looks forward to getting to know you as a student and learning about your specific goals, interests, and learning style. Book a lesson now and get connected right away!

What to expect in my Song Writing Lessons
Students can expect to learn how to compose and produce simple beats, bass lines, some keyboard work to enrich their overall capacity for musical expression. The guitar portion of the lesson will focus on transitions, improvisation, and developing rhythm and melody through various techniques and musical exposure.
What to expect in my Guitar Lessons
Students can expect that we continuously develop technical proficiency, improve phrasing, picking techniques, chords and variations, scales and modes, fun tricks and fringe ideas in music. I am as flexible as they come, but I believe in placing a worthy challenge ahead of oneself on every occasion.
