Rita has always loved music from an early age. She began playing the piano at the age of 7 and continued her education by participating in her school band and church worship team. Her musical influences include everything from the classical genre, those from the rock era, all the way to the recent pop craze. Rita's favorite thing about music is the different dimensions it offers, and her favorite thing about teaching music is seeing my students grow more confident in their instruments and themselves. One of her favorite teaching experiences was when she learned the clarinet to teach her friend how to play it. When taking lessons with Rita, you can expect to grow into the musician that you want steadily.
