China's contemporary Young Soprano Singer Lu held “Singing the Voice of China” concert in Carnegie Hall in New York for the first time. Lu interpreted 23 ancient and modern Chinese and foreign, as well as modernist art songs and arias in six languages respectively German, French, Italian, English, Chinese and Czech with different styles. Lu was born in the middle-late 80s. After eight years, she graduated from the well-known three highest music schools which are respectively “Conservatory of Music of the Central University for Nationalities” of China, “The China Conservatory of Music” and the “Mannes School of Music” in New York. She tirelessly explores and combines the Chinese and Western vocal music, and to grope the similarities and differences between the Eastern and Western cultures, and combine her own voice characteristics to transform styles, languages, and techniques Lu Gan wrote on Fri, 15 Jan 2021
