Ryan has always loved music from an early age. He began playing guitar at the age of 12 and continued his education by taking jazz guitar in high school and majoring in music production at Ohio University. His musical influences include artist ranging from classics like the Beatles to modern hip hop like Kendrick Lamar. Ryan's favorite thing about music is the when creativity strikes and is turned into a song and his favorite thing about teaching music is teaching others how to harness this energy. One of his favorite teaching experiences was helping one of my past students to write their own music. When taking lessons with Ryan you can expect him to help you find what it is you want out of your instrument. My goal in teaching guitar, is to find what style of guitar the student wants to learn. In order to help them learn/ write songs they like.

My students can expect me to help them to find their voice, while writing lyrics that are refreshing, creative, and true to themselves.
What to expect in my Record Engineer Produce
Beginner - Intermediate - Advanced
I use Logic Pro X as my digital audio work station primarily. I do not teach Abelton or Pro Tools. In Logic, I will teach you how to set up and organize a session as well as how to use any interface/mixer with Logic. Beyond that I will teach you how sessions tend to work in today's industry, and how to be as efficient as possible, so that you can begin to see results right away.
