Hi, my name is Talon and I am a drummer from Boston, MA. I have been a student of music for 12 years. My musical influences include Journey, Rush, Queen, Blink-182 and The Beatles and I also enjoy various jazz, punk, metal, and rock groups. My teaching style can best be described as relaxed and motivational. My teaching philosophy can best be described by saying that I think anybody has some kind of connection to music and playing lets us express that connection. In my lessons, you can expect to learn all sorts of styles, techniques, and theory. I like to tell my students that I can show you what I know but ultimately you will decide what your own unique style will be. My favorite thing about teaching is passing on the knowledge and experience that I have acquired over the years. My favorite performance was at a little outside bar in Cambridge on Saint Patrick's Day surrounded by groups of musicians from all over Ireland. Thanks for taking a look at my profile.
