Hi, my name is Paul and I have been playing the trombone for about 9-10 years. I am a current student at UNLV working to complete my B.A in Music Education. I am still learning just as much as you and hope to teach everything that I've learned to the next group of eager learners! My style of teaching is very simple and will focus on the fundamentals so that you can be prepared for the future. I look forward to our first meeting!

When it comes to the orchestra, it is important to know the backstory of the music and how it should be played. We will be focusing on the proper dynamics, phrasing, and other qualities that create beautiful music. With this knowledge, it will be much easier to understand how and why composers wrote each piece in its own unique way.
