What to expect in my Orchestral Lessons
- Intermediate
We will work on intermediate and advanced playing techniques, such as shifting, vibrato, double-stops, and various bow strokes. We will begin exploring the repertoire and discussing principals of musical interpretation and individuality in performance.
What to expect in my Orchestral Lessons
- - Advanced
We will discuss the highest levels of artistry and playing technique. We will work through major repertoire and discuss interpretation, performance practice, structural analysis of music, and pushing the bounds of one's musical abilities.
What to expect in my Orchestral Lessons
Beginner -
We will learn the basics of comfortable posture and playing position for the instrument, as well as plucking and bowing playing techniques. We will gradually introduce all first position notes, note reading, basic music theory, practice techniques, and short songs and pieces.
