What to expect in my Bass Guitar Lessons
The basics, the fretboard and keys, ability to play bass with another guitar player merely by watching the chords they play, riffs, some chords, scales and then improvisation.
What to expect in my Vocal Lessons
We'll focus on breath control, voice placement, enunciation, and the performance aspects of singing.
What to expect in my Guitar Lessons
Learning the basics and fundamentals first, then on to the music. Scales, chords, fretboard, how to tune, different tunings. Learn the most common chords first so we can play a song earlier. Thus, G, C, D. When learning songs, we will work on current songs or favorites of the student, so the discovery comes quickly and the student learns the songs he or she likes. Passion is important to learning. The student will learn rhythm and lead guitar for country, rock and jazz as well as how to fingerpick, which I think is a valuable addition to learning to play guitar and builds picking dexterity.
