Robert is the drummer and band director for The King Creole Orchestra a Baton Rouge area show band. He began playing drums at the age of eight years old. By the time he was fourteen he was performing with his father, a professional country musician who toured with Porter Wagoner in the 1960’s. Robert gained valuable experience performing with his father at various country music shows as he was called upon to back other performers. He has a great knowledge of various musical styles and has performed in a variety of bands. From the years 2006 - 2008 he was the worship leader for Christ’s Community Church in Denham Springs, Louisiana He was the director of The Livingston Parish Jazz Ensemble, a sixteen piece big band orchestra, from 2007- 2008. Besides being a very knowledgeable drummer, he is also a very capable bassist. *
Robert Re.- has over 32 years of music experience in the Denham Springs area.
Robert Re.- is proficient in and teaches Drum Lessons .Formal Education:
I took Vocal/Music Theory through Southeastern Louisiana University's leisure program.

Drum lessons
Hi Robert. I am 52 y/o and I am interested in taking drum lessons. I am new to drums and have been playing for about three months. I have an E drum kit and just acquired an acoustic kit. I played woodwind instruments in middle and high school and have familiarize myself with drum sheet music. I've been working on basic rudiments with metronome /practice pad daily. My goals are to learn the proper way to play drums and to have fun! I am currently not working and so am very flexible with my schedule. I'm open to driving to your location, having you come to my house or virtual lessons online. I am located in Dutchtown. Feel free to text or email me.
