Brandon has always loved music from an early age. He began playing percussion and singing at the age of 5 and continued his education by traveling and playing professional stage plays and shows. His musical influences include Big Band, Jazz, Rock, Fusion, Samba, Reggae, Blues, and Classical. Brandon's favorite thing about music is that anyone can use music to express how they feel in a safe and healing way and his favorite thing about teaching music is achieving the important mental breakthrough that helps every student become a more comfortable musician in professional settings. One of his favorite teaching experiences was when a particular student had no knowledge of how to play and because of the patient teachings of technic, the student became a fluid instrumentalist in a small amount of time which gave so much joy to the student!.
