Stephen's musical career began at an early age. Growing up in a family of seven, Steve began playing the trumpet in grade school, and from there, his musical roots continued to grow. From the theatrical performances of high school to his guitar training at Settlement Music School, Stephen continued to develop as a musician and a performer. He attended Montgomery County Community College, where he studied pieces by Bach, Brouwer, and Tarrega. What to expect in my Guitar Lessons
As an educator, the belief is that music should be fun as it's informative. When the student is covering something they want to learn, their interest goes sky high. Thus your lessons will be catered to your personal style. We use a metronome to lock in rhythms, address a few items with paper and pencil and concentrate on your musical aspirations. so its a good idea to have two songs that you want to dive into at the very beginning of our music journey. Simply said, your musicianship. will develop, as we explore the world of Guitar.
