Kyung Hee Piano Born in South Korea, Kyung Heebegan playing piano at the age of 5. Throughout her musical journey, she participated and won several piano competitions. Kyung Hee earned a Bachelor's degree in Piano from Seoul National University where she studied piano with Professor Kye Sook Suh. While attending Seoul National University Kyung Hee help many performances and piano accompanying. She started teaching piano from since then. Kyung Hee later earned her Master's degree in Piano Performance from Virginia Commonwealth University where she studied with Dr. Sonia Vlachevic. While attending Virginia Commonwealth University, Kyung Hee participated in several Master Classes with world class pianists and participated in Piano Concerto competitions. After come back to Korea, she had many performances including Piano solo Recital in Seoul Arts Center. And also teached students from beginner to challenging intermediate level course. Kyung Heeis a Dedicated Piano Teacher bringing successful history of teaching students of all ability levels and ages. Elevates students' technical knowledge, artistic skill and confidence with supportive teaching style and challenging program of instruction. Experienced in preparing students for performances and competitions. Her goal for teaching is to deliver the art of piano techniques and skills that she has learned from her wonderful teachers. The joy of teaching is not only to see students improve their skill but also to see students appreciate and enjoy music.
