24 Years
I’ve been playing guitar for about 24 years now. I’m a professional, degree-holding engineer and producer, drummer, guitarist, bassist and synth player, songwriter, and decent vocalist. Music is my true passion. I have an extensive artist portfolio and two current records available. I don’t mind teaching the instrumental/songwriting/production aspects of the art form. If you choose to learn from me, you will know music and you will be able to make your own way in the industry and with the craft. You must learn the basics of each instrument and you also must learn the basics of production to be an artist in The industry today. I’ve taught many people how to play an instrument all the way up to writing, producing, mixing, and mastering their own music. I’ve also taught the technical side of things. How to set up your studio space-what gear to look at and what gear to steer clear from, not to mention how to get the most bang for your buck when it comes to choosing your gear. I’m a progressive rock/metal/acoustic/alternative/electronic/ambient/experimental artist but I also produce a lot of hip hop and RnB artists. If you really want to be the best, learn from someone who knows every inch of the craft. I truly do. I try not to teach children under 7 years old.

What to expect in my Record Engineer Produce
I have always been complimented on my ability to write a great song. You’ll learn how to structure a piece, down to the “Formula” I’m sure you’ve always heard about, and how different seasons have assigned chords on big production radio tunes and how that hooks your ear to make you listen to a song on repeat.
What to expect in my Song Writing Lessons
I am a professional engineer and producer. I can track anything and everything and I’ve been doing it for just about 20 years. If you want to learn how to create masterpieces-I’m your guy. SoundCloud dot com / 877att to demo my work.
What to expect in my Guitar Lessons
To shred. To Djent. To everything else in between.
What to expect in my Bass Guitar Lessons
This is the foundation of your melody. Bass has extreme power to define entire tracks. You’ll learn how to use it. Wisely. And how it sits in the mix and to achieve that fullness and roundness most people find pleasing to the ears.
What to expect in my Drum Lessons
Today’s music can be extremely drum driven. I’ll teach you how to stay in pocket, how to count, how to maintain your drums, how to find the right groove for every progression and how to make your drums sound big. Not only those things, but also the technical side. How to record them. How to mix them. How to get the best possible sound out of them that you can. Guitar is my first love, but drums are my passion. They’re the spine and time of the entire piece.
What to expect in my Keyboard and Piano Lessons
I’ve always used synthesis to add to my “wall of sound” recording technique. Using a synthesizer is probably one of the best moves you can make to create ambiance and space, not to mention killer melody and extremely cool effects In your music. I play piano only for proprietary and midi reasons but well enough so that you can use your midi controllers to produce, and to create beautiful acoustic piano pieces. I do NOT teach formal piano lessons.
