Stacey began playing piano and singing at the age of 8. Over the years, she developed her skills further through practice, musical theater in school, and performances on stage. She gained performance experience in the vocal area by playing at such venues as Disney in the Park and with acts such as Grease, Hairspray, and The Little Mermaid. Though Stacey can teach many genres of music, her musical personal favorites are alternative rock, metal, and rhythm and blues. Evanescence and Linkin Park had a great influence on her style of playing and singing. Stacey loves music because it brings out the true passion of her nature and loves teaching music because she loves bringing that passion to those who also love music just as much.
