Hi, my name is Clayton and I am a percussionist/multi-instrumentalist/composer from Cincinnati, Ohio. I received my Bachelor's in Music Composition with a Minor in Performance from Northern Kentucky University, where I studied drums, percussion, voice, piano, brass, and world percussion. I received my Master's in Music Composition with a Minor in Theory from Fresno State University, where I guest lectured, provided personalized instruction to undergraduate students, and worked as an assistant to Dr. Benjamin Boone. Furthermore, I have been a student of music for eleven years. My teaching style can best be described as inclusive, personalized, and diverse. In my lessons, you can expect to develop a deeper understanding of musical theory, composition, and all of its applications, as well as increased facility and comfort on whatever instrument you would like to learn. I primarily teach drums, percussion, and composition, but I can also teach voice and piano. Thanks for taking a look at my profile. Hope to meet you soon!
