Hi, my name is Nicholas, I am a musician from Central Florida. I have been a student of music for 12 years. My musical influences come from jazz, classical, and rock. My teaching style can best be described as revolving around the student and what. My teaching philosophy can best be described by one of self discovery. In my lessons, you can expect to learn anything from improvisation akin to whatever genre you so desire, sight reading, music theory, rhythmic ideas and more. I like to tell my students that music is like a puzzle and it’s all about realizing what fits together. My favorite thing about teaching is the joy it gives students to be able to produce an expression of themselves on their respective instrument. I don’t have one favorite performance as every musical endeavor builds off the last. I primarily teach guitar, but I can also teach bass, saxophone, mandolin, piano, and percussion.
