Carrell is a Worship Pastor, Music Director, Singer/Songwriter, Producer, and Music Educator. He has taught music for nine years, graduating from Dr. Phillips High School Performing Arts Choral Magnet Program in 2014, and attended Southeastern University, where he graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Vocal Performance and Bachelor of Science in Church Music and a minor in Audio Technology and Theology. Carrell is trained classically in vocal pedagogy, vocal performance, and church music. Carrell has served as a Worship Pastor and Music director and has eleven years in worship ministry and discipleship experience. Though Carrell has extensive ministry and music teaching experience, the corporate industry has shaped his professional development. Experienced and reliable Quality Assurance professional with ten years of customer service experience working in companies to ensure the highest quality outcomes possible. Carrell's teaching objective is honesty, music education, and creativity. He believes every voice and piano student is different in their learning styles. Carrell's goal as a music teacher is to teach students the beginning techniques of vocal singing, keyboard playing, and the fundamentals of music/aural theory through various styles of music to establish a foundation that allows the student to grow in their musicianship and creativity. Carrell has love and passion for people, ministry, education, and leadership. He believes that God has graced him for servanthood leadership. Carrell's philosophy for leadership is to remain passionate, creative, and authenticity.
