Jasmine began playing piano and singing at the age of 5. Over the years, she developed her skills further by practicing daily. She gained performance experience in the Dallas Metroplex area by playing and singing at such venues as Winspear Opera House, and Eiseman Performing Arts Center. Though Jasmine can teach many different genres of music, her musical personal favorites are Classical and Pop music which had great influence on her style of singing or playing. Jasmine loves music because it her passion to create music and loves teaching music because she loves to inspire others musically. I was an adult beginner piano student, it has been over 15 years since I had last taken piano lessons, and I developed bad habits over the years from working out ideas on a piano by pecking out melodies. I wanted to improve my technique and work on exercises to get my fingers and hands moving confidently and without tension. Ms. Jasmine worked with me to tailor my lessons to my goals. She gave me exercises that I could work on at home which helped me improve my technique and reduce the tension in my hands.
