My name is Dominic and I specialize in teaching flute, keyboard, music theory, and composition. I have been actively pursuing music since the age of 11, and I currently hold a master’s degree in music from the University of Minnesota. As a teacher, I try to cater my lessons to my students’ individual interest while also giving them the tools to be as proficient and well-rounded of a musician as possible.

I cannot say enough good stuff about Dominic. I had him in music theory 2, 3 and 4 and that was all because I wanted to have him, not just by coincidence. He is an incredibly kind person who genuinely cares and wants to help. He is very approachable, easy going, understanding, as well as incredibly knowledgable and helpful for the class content. I never felt awkward or nervous sending an email or talking with him in person. I met with him to get some help on some musical stuff outside of the course content and he was very very helpful and fun wot work with. I cannot recommend him enough. So its hard to say what one specific thing helped me the most but if I had to pick one I would probably say how approachable he was with questions and his ability to clearly answer them.
