What to expect in my Vocal Lessons
Beginner - Intermediate
Hello! I’m here to help YOU with whatever you need in the vocal department. If you have an audition to prepare for, let’s get you ready. If you have a solo in choir, let’s work on that solo! Depending on how new a student is to singing, their needs will change. For all students, I’ll help you pick out some repertoire (depending on what styles you’re wanting to sing!), and we’ll get working! We’ll work on technique such as proper singing posture and breathing, etc. We can work on vocal agility, range growth, etc—dependent on a student’s experience in singing and individual needs.

Performing Experience:
I recently performed professionally at South Eastern Theatre Conference this year in March, hosted in Lexington, KY. I’ll graduate with my AFA in Theatre Performance from Chattanooga State Community College. I’ve attended university level NATS competitions for several years, and in 2023, I was awarded 5th place in the MidSouth Regional NATS division for the Lower College Musical Theatre Treble category.
Experience Teaching:
I have taught voice for several years! Most recently, I was a Music Instructor for The Tivoli Foundation’s Camp Broadway in 2023.
