My name is Ikeobasi, and I have a deep passion for the piano. I started learning piano at the age of 6 and continued to advance my skills due to my enjoyment of classical music. I later studied piano performance at the exceptional high school, High School of the Performing and Visual Arts in Houston, where I won a number of awards, including the HMTA piano ensemble competition. I also was an assistant piano teacher for high school students and had some experience teaching children. I currently study piano performance at Baylor University and am continuing to excel in my performance of classical repertoire pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in piano performance. I believe I make a great teacher because I enjoy spreading my love of piano to people both young and old, and I am enthusiastic about using my creativity to teach piano in the most effective ways.
